Facility rules

These rules protect you, your belongings, and your neighbors. They are part of your rental agreement.

1.No hazardous materials of any kind.
2.No living, sleeping, or conducting business inside units.
3.No illegal items or activity.
4.No food or perishable items.
5.No flammable or explosive materials (gasoline, propane, fireworks, ammunition).
6.Tenant must keep payments current. Late accounts may incur fees and access restrictions.
7.Tenant is responsible for providing and maintaining a lock on the unit.
8.The facility is not responsible for stored goods except as required by law.
9.Tenant insurance is recommended to protect your stored belongings.
